Definition/modification of a material

Using the Material definition dialog, you can define or modify a material for a predefined material type:

Concrete

Timber

Steel

Other

Define parameters for each material:

• Graphic parameters
  • Hatching
  • Color
  • Scale of a cross-section
  • Angle of hatching

• Additional parameters
  • Unit weight
  • Quantity coefficient.

To add a new material to the list of materials available in Autodesk AutoCAD Structural Detailing - Formwork Drawings:

1. Click a material type icon
2. For Name, enter the material name
3. Specify the material parameters
4. Click OK.
