Projected windows have three sashes: The top sash doesn't move, while the bottom two sashes swing open like awning windows, but in opposite directions.

Sets the width (depth) of the rails in the sashes.
Sets the height of the middle sash, relative to the window's frame.
Sets the height of the bottom sash, relative to the window's frame.
Specifies the percent that the two movable sashes are open. This control is animatable.
