Lets you measure the bearing between two points.
A bearing is a horizontal angle (direction) expressed in degrees measured clockwise from north. In Civil View, bearings are used to describe the driving direction of a vehicle at a given moment in time.
When you choose Measure Bearing, Civil View prompts you to choose the points to measure.
Click Yes, then in a viewport, click the two points. After you pick the points, Civil View displays the bearing that they indicate.
