Casement Window

The Casement window has one or two sashes that are hinged on the side, like a door.

• Create panel > (Geometry) > Windows > Object Type rollout > Casement button
• Standard menu: Create menu > AEC Objects > Casement Window
• Enhanced menu: Objects menu > Architectural Parts > Casement Window

Casements group

Panel Width

Changes the size of the glazed panel within each sash.

One/Two

Specifies the number of window panels: one or two. Using two panels creates a window like a double door; each panel is hinged on its outside side edge.

Open Window group

Open

Specifies the percent that the window is open. This control is animatable.

Flip Swing

Turn this on to have the sashes open in the opposite direction.
