When installing the software on a computer (single computer or "client" within a network), you can make the following settings:
- Start Advance Steel installation program and proceed to the Install > Configure page.
- Click the arrow below the Advance Steel product name to expand the configuration settings.
- Complete the following items as appropriate:
- Desktop shortcut
- Data files path
- Installation type / Features to install (for a Custom installation)
- Service packs
- Click the arrow below the Advance Steel product name again to collapse the configuration settings.
- Click Install to proceed with the installation.
A status dialog displays while the installer reads content from the media and from online resources, and installs the software. This process may take several minutes to complete.
