FAQ: How to Provide Feedback of Your Experience with the Product?

Providing feedback directly to Autodesk about your experience helps to improve the product and to provide a better experience for yourself and other users.

Feedback can be provided using the following methods:

• Customer Error Reporting – Generates and sends an error report directly to Autodesk when the product closes unexpectedly.
• Customer Involvement Program – Monitors the product to help improve the way Autodesk designs software, and measures performance and quality.

Participation in the Customer Involvement Program (CIP) and Customer Error Reporting (CER) can be changed from within the product or with the CAD Manager Control Utility.
