Creates a new project data (DST) file that manages drawing layouts, file paths, and project information.

The New Project dialog box allows you to create a new blank project data (DST) file, or use a project template or existing project data file to create a new project. After a project data file is created, you can create new layouts or add layouts from existing drawings to the project.
