To Create a Parts List for an Annotation View

1. In the mechanical browser, right-click the annotation view and select Create Parts List. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
2. If necessary, modify the layout of the parts list (Click here for more information).
3. If necessary, modify how data appears in the parts list (Click here for more information).
4. Click OK. The dialog box closes and a preview of the parts list appears in the drawing area.
5. In the drawing area, click to indicate where to place the parts list. The program inserts the parts list into the drawing.
