To Create a User Parameter in the Parameters Manager
If the Parameters Manager is not visible, click
Content Editor tab

Parameters Manager

Click

In the
User Parameters
section, in the row corresponding to the newly added user parameter, click in the
Name
column.
Type the name of the user parameter and press Enter.
