To Sort the Data in a Report

  1. Click Annotate tabBOM panelBOM. Find
  2. Press ENTER.
  3. In the toolbar of the BOM List panel, click. The Report Generator dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click . The dialog box expands.
  5. Click Settings. The Sorting and Filtering Settings dialog box is displayed.
  6. In the Sort section, click . A row is added to the sort criteria table.
  7. In the added row, in the Sort on column, from the drop-down list, select the column to sort on.
  8. In the Order column, from the drop-down list, select the sort order.
  9. To add another sort criteria, repeat steps 5 through 7.
  10. Use the and buttons to position the sort criteria as appropriate.
  11. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
Note:

In reports where the data is displayed in groups, each group is sorted independently of each other.
