To Customize the Display Prompt of a Component Property

1. At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
2. In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Standards tab.
3. In the Standard Elements list, double-click Component Properties. The BOM Settings dialog box is displayed.
4. In the Component Properties tab, in the Display Prompt column, enter the new caption.
5. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
