This release contains several minor bug fixes, listed below.
Beast API
- Fixed a permissions problem for the bin directory when running a distributed job.
- Fixed light ID mismatches between the API and eRnsT for sky lights and volume lights.
- Fixed a problem with GUID assignment for lights created using the Beast API during a live eRnsT session.
- Fixed a problem with files being opened as non-sharable on Windows.
- Fixed an assert for an uninitialized GUID in CreateLightSourceMessage().
eRnsT
- Fixed a potential crash with negative lightmap UVs.
- Fixed a problem with the spot light cone visualization in the eRnsT editor.
Rendertool
- Fixed a bug that caused post-processing on split jobs.
LiquidLight
- Fixed a bug that made spot light gobo sampling dependent on UV sets and spot placement.
- Fixed bugs with ramps on point lights and spot lights.
- Fixed shadow sampling in spot lights so that areas outside the light cone are considered
to be in shadow.
- Fixed shadow calculation bug that caused the specified default axis to be ignored
for area lights.
