Viewing with Google Chrome

If you experience problems using the Search function of this documentation when viewing with Google Chrome, follow the steps below to create a desktop shortcut that overrides a Chrome security feature.

NOTE:Only use this override when viewing these documents.

  1. Create a desktop shortcut to use when launching Chrome.
  2. Right-click the shortcut icon and choose Properties from the menu.
  3. Select the Shortcut tab.
  4. Click in the Target field and place the cursor at the end of the line, after Chrome.exe.
  5. Add --allow-file-access-from-files to the end of the line.

  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click OK to close.
  8. Use this modified desktop shortcut to launch Chrome when viewing this documentation.
