Whether you want to get more information about a feature, or provide insight about how to use a feature, the Factory Design Suite communities are there to support your needs.
The communities support a variety of ways to give and get information, help, and so on. Online Help, for example, provides the same information as the Help documentation but with a little bit extra in the way of links to online videos. Online Help is updated throughout the release.
The Discussion Forum takes you directly to the online Factory-related discussion topics. There you can read the topics, ask or respond to questions, and interact with others who are using the factory design tools. The discussion forum is also an excellent place for you to post your wish-list items.
Clicking Share Ideas gives you access to the IdeaStation where you can share your ideas with the Factory Development team on how to improve the Factory Design Suite.
The Factory Asset Warehouse is a web-based application that lets you upload, author, publish, share, and manage your Cloud-based assets. It also allows you to quickly build chainable assets using the Asset Chain Builder. Click the down-arrow on the Community panel to access the Factory Asset Warehouse.
Online social media sites provide additional learning opportunities, whether you want them as video or text. Check out the YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter topics you are interested in directly from the Factory Design Suite Community panel.
