It has been discovered that the OKI Printer Drivers are causing problems with "Label Creep" when printing labels in Windows XP.
Solution
OKI have suggested that the best solution is to run the OKI Printer in EPSON FX mode and to Uninstall the OKI Drivers, let Windows XP install its default Epson Driver that comes supplied with XP. To change the Mode that the printer is in you have to enter the printers Menu mode. When the printer is in Menu mode, the MENU indicator lights, and the functions shown below the buttons are active. This lets you customize the default settings from the control panel. The selections you make on the menu are stored in the printers permanent memory. Refer to the printers handbook if needed.
