Hide/Show Selected Objects

When a drawing contains lots of detail, it can be difficult to work on a particular section without having to avoid other Items. This is where the Hide and Show commands become useful.

The function includes two commands:

• Hide Selected Objects: Allows the user to hide selected Items.
• Show All Objects: Allows the user to reveal all the Items hidden by the Hide Selected command.

Hiding Items

1. Click the Hide All but Selected Objects icon .
2. Select the Items you wish hide.
3. Right click or press Return.
4. All selected Items should now be removed from view.

Displaying any hidden Items on the drawing

1. Click the Show All Objects Icon .
2. All previously hidden objects should now be displayed.
   Note: This option does not affect the Layer Status of the Item i.e. Frozen layers will remain frozen. Only Items hidden using the CAD-Duct/CAD-Mech commands will be effected.
