Options settings include:
- Click to open Application Options.
- Click any of the following option groups to set options:
- General — Controls Color Scheme, Language, and Display Detail.
For more information about level of detail settings, see Control Level of Detail.
- Navigation — Locks all navigation operations to show only above-ground views of the model. This affects navigation using the mouse, ViewCube, Look At, and zoom operations. You can also invert the pan and orbit buttons on your mouse and specify certain behaviors while sketching.
- Model Generation — Controls the number of CPU threads allocated to InfraWorks 360, building rendering, the complexity of the terrain TINs, and the generation of a light map.
Note: Setting a higher thread value can affect memory usage, thus hindering performance. Try reducing it again if problems arise.
- Unit Configuration — Specifies the default unit setting for various items.
- 3D Graphics — Specifies whether backfaces are displayed, whether realistic water styles are displayed, whether 10-bit color channels are used, and sets levels for ambient occlusion and anti-aliasing.
- Data Import - InfraWorks 360 supports both cloud(default) and local data import for some file formats. Specify import settings for data your bring in from Navisworks or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
