Set appearance properties for body

Change the appearance of a surface body or a solid body within a part file.

1. In the browser, expand the Surface Bodies node and select one or more bodies. Alternately, in the graphics window, select the surface bodies.
2. Right-click, and click Properties.

   In the Body Properties dialog box, in Name, the names of the selected bodies display.

3. In the browser, click and expand the Solid Bodies node, and select the required bodies. Alternately, in the graphics window, select the solid bodies.
4. On the Quick Access toolbar, on the appearance drop-down list, scroll to and click the appropriate appearance. Alternately, in the dialog box, in the drop-down list, click the appropriate appearance.
5. Click OK. The appearance of the selected bodies changes.

To remove unique face appearance overrides and set all faces to the Body Appearance definition, click Strip Overrides.
