In the browser, drag the End of Part stop sign to the top of the browser hierarchy, then drag downward feature by feature. Each feature is recreated in the order listed in the browser.
Use the Split part command to divide one part into two. By default, Split removes one side of the split part, but you can save each with a unique name. Save the original part, then remove one half, and save with a unique name. Re-open the original part, remove the other half, and save with a different name.
In a complex model, it is sometimes easier to select geometry in the browser than in the graphics window. In the browser, highlight the geometry you want to align parallel to the screen and use the View Face command. The model rotates to show the selected geometry. For example, select an origin work plane to realign the model to view a part face.
