Apply parameters for behavior and appearance to documents.
- On the ribbon Tools tab
Options panel click Document Settings. - In the Document Settings dialog box, click a tab:
- Units Set units of measurement for a part file.
- Sketch Set snap spacing, grid spacing, lineweight display options, and other sketch settings for a part or drawing.
- Modeling Set adaptivity or 3D snap spacing for an active part file. Set the Repair environment default error check. Size the graphics window on file open. The setting affects the view only on file creation. You can set it in your template file.
- Drawing Set the highlighting of invalid dimensions and other annotations in an active drawing file.
- General Set the lighting style and display appearance.
- Display Appearance settings, General tab Set parameters for edge display, visual style, various shadows, reflection, ground plane, and projection.
- Enter the settings.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
