You can open and edit Inventor Publisher image annotations in the SketchBook Designer. To launch SketchBook Designer from Inventor Publisher, click an image annotation and select Annotation tab 
SketchBook panel Edit in SketchBook Designer.
Note: The Edit in SketchBook Designer command is available only when you have the application installed on the same machine.
Inventor Publisher is minimized to the toolbar while SketchBook Designer is launched. You can do further operations with Inventor Publisher only when you close SketchBook Designer.
In SketchBook Designer, edit the selected image and save your changes. Click 
at the end of the toolbar to close SketchBook Designer and activate Inventor Publisher. All changes you made are reflected in the Inventor Publisher document.
