Exercise 2: Assign a coordinate system

Assign a coordinate system to the current map and the attached drawings at one time.

Note:

This exercise uses the map you created in Exercise 1: Create a new map.

To assign a coordinate system to the current map and to the attached drawings

1. In the Map Explorer tab of the Task Pane, right-click Current Drawing and click Coordinate System.
2. In the Code field, type ca-i.
3. Under Source Drawings, click Select Drawings and select all three attached drawings. Click Add and then click OK.
4. Under Source Drawings, for Code, type ca-i (as in step 2).
5. Click OK.
