Installing Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server 2015

You install Infrastructure Map Server and FDO 3.9 from the Media Browser.

To install Infrastructure Map Server

1. From the Media Browser, under Install, click setup.linux.htm.
2. Click Install and select Autodesk Infrastructure Map Server 2015.
3. Accept the license agreement.

This installs Infrastructure Map Server Server and the FDO providers. Infrastructure Map Server is installed in the following directory:

/opt/Autodesk/autodeskinfrastructuremapserver2015/server

FDO and the FDO providers are installed in the following directory:

/usr/local/fdo-3.9.0

To start the server

1. Change to the directory

   /opt/Autodesk/autodeskinfrastructuremapserver2015/server/bin

To run the server interactively

• Type

  ./mgserver.sh

To run the server as a daemon

• Type

  ./mgserverd.sh
