There are some limitations in the current implementation of color management in Maya.
File texture color spaces are not included when exporting to FBX format.
Color management is not applied when recording playblasts.
Color management is not applied when baking textures with Turtle.
Color management is not applied to sample swatches above shader attributes in the Attribute Editor.
When picking colors outside Viewport 2.0 or the Render View, the inverse of the view transform is not applied when it contains a 3D LUT. This is the case for ACES RRT as well as many transforms that may be used as user transforms or in OCIO configurations.
