The amount of data to be written to the m3r restart file used by the 3D Flow analysis is too large. This can occur if the model is large and you have requested a large number of intermediate result sets in the solver parameters.
Select , click Advanced options, then click the Edit button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Intermediate Output tab and change the settings to collect fewer intermediate results, then rerun the analysis.
