You can look at the properties of the various thermoset materials available in the databases.
Autodesk Simulation Moldflow databases include a default thermoset material database for you to use in your simulation. If you use different materials from those in the database, it is advisable for you to create your own database with your materials data. The closer the data used in a simulation is to real-life, the more accurate your results will be.
- Open a new or existing project.
- Select
(). The Search Databases dialog appears. - Select Thermoset material from the Property type list, then click OK. This opens the Search Thermoset material Databases dialog.
- Select a material, then click Details to open the Thermoset material dialog.
- When you have finished studying the properties of the selected material, click OK to exit out of the dialog.
