Gas has been injected into the mold and reached the specified node(s) before the polymer melt. You need to specify a longer gas delay time, so that the melt has longer to fill the mold before the injection of gas.
To change this value, right-click on the gas entrance on the model. Select Properties..., then click Edit... and then entering a longer gas delay time in the Gas-assisted injection controller dialog.
