Running analyses using runstudy

Use the runstudy command to execute the analysis sequence embedded in the study..

1. Copy the study file to a directory on your Linux machine. You must have write permission in this directory

2. Change to this directory using the cd command.

   cd directory/containing/my/study
3. Run the runstudy command on your study file.

    runstudy myAnalysis.sdy

The analysis runs and the output files are placed in the current directory. You can copy these files back to a Windows machine running Synergy to inspect them.
