** WARNING 98737 ** All temperature entries in the local mold temperature profile (controller sequential ID = xxxx) are greater than the transition temperature value in the rheological properties of the selected material. Please check the temperature entries and material data and, if necessary, re-run analysis
A temperature vs. time profile has been defined on part elements that are in contact with the mold wall, and the temperatures that have been set there are above the transition temperature. This means that the part will never freeze, and thus cannot be ejected.
It is possible that the wall temperature profile may have come from a prior Cool (FEM) result, which may have been hotter.
Check the profile settings and correct them if appropriate.
Check the cooling in the mold. The mold may have insufficient cooling, or the cycle may be too short, hence the mold wall may still be too hot for the cycle.
