This page of the Process Settings Wizard is used to specify process settings for the second injection unit, which controls Material B for a Co-injection Molding or Thermoplastics Bi-injection Molding process analysis.
To access this dialog, ensure that you have selected either the Co-injection Molding or Thermoplastics Bi-injection Molding process and an analysis sequence that includes Fill or Fill+Pack, click 
(), and then click Next to navigate to the Process Settings Wizard - 2nd Injection Settings page.
Note: Some of the items listed below may not be available on the current dialog. This is dependent on the mesh type, molding process and analysis sequence selected.
General settings
- Delay timer
- A means to delay the injection of material B until a specified time following the start of the injection of material A.
- No delay
- This is the default setting. Material A and material B are injected at the same time.
- By time
- Enter the time in seconds, following the start of the injection of material A, when you would like to inject material B.
- By ram position
- Enter where in the cycle the ram should be, before injecting material B.
- By injection pressure
- Enter the value that the injection pressure should reach, before injecting material B.
- Second injection unit options
- Click this button to display the advanced options dialog for second injection unit, which controls Material B.
