This dialog is used to set the properties associated with a spring constraint for Stress, Warp or Core shift analysis.
To access this dialog to edit the properties of an existing spring constraint, select a spring constraint symbol in the model pane, then either select 
(), or press Alt-Enter, or right-click and select Properties.
