Solver message 97629

Message text

** WARNING 97629 ** The thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) model has been changed (%2d) from the one (%2d) used in the CRIMS correlation.

Explanation

If the Thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) model is changed to a different model from the one used in the CRIMS correlation, the warpage results based on the CRIMS model may not be reliable.

Resolution

The Thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) model used in the CRIMS correlation should be used if the CRIMS shrinkage model is used. That is, the default Thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) model should be used in the Composite Property Calculation Options dialog, which is accessed by clicking Fiber parameters... in the Process Settings Wizard, and clicking Composite property calculation options....
