Examine tool

The Examine tool is only activated once you have run the Mesh Repair Wizard.

  1. Run the Mesh Repair Wizard and make sure that you click Show Diagnostics on each page that reports errors.
  2. Click (Mesh tab > Mesh Diagnostics panel > Show) show the errors.
  3. Click (Mesh tab > Mesh Diagnostics > Examine).

    The mouse cursor will change to small cross-hairs.

  4. Move the cursor to your location of interest and click the left mouse button once.

    5. The value of the error at that location will become visible.

  5. To show the value at multiple locations, hold the ctrl button down while clicking on the various points.
