Cold sprue dialog-Sprue Properties tab

The Sprue Properties tab of the Cold sprue dialog is used to specify the geometric properties of the cold sprue.

To access this dialog, select the sprue elements, then click (Geometry tab > Properties panel > Edit).

Dialog element	Comment
Shape is	Options include: Non-tapered Enter the diameter of the sprue Tapered (by end dimension) Enter the diameter of the sprue at both ends Tapered (by angle) Enter the start diameter of the sprue, and the tapered angle The selection you make should reflect the actual shape of your sprue design.
Edit dimensions	This option appears when you select shape is Tapered (by end dimension) or Tapered (by angle).
