When preparing a Revit model for energy analysis, you can define thermal properties for the materials and elements included in the simulation.
For all materials except glass, energy analysis uses only the following thermal properties from the Revit model.

Thickness | Defined for each layer in the Edit Assembly dialog for the element type |
Thermal Conductivity | Defined on the Thermal tab of the Material Browser for the selected material |
Specific Heat | Defined on the Thermal tab of the Material Browser for the selected material |
Density | Defined on the Thermal tab of the Material Browser for the selected material |
