Preparing the Building Site for Export

To prepare the building site for optimum performance and to ensure satisfactory results when exporting it as an ADSK file, do the following:

• Reduce the number of elements displayed in the 3D view you intend to export. See Simplify the Model.
• Create site utilities. See Create Site Utilities for Export.
• Create at least one gross building area and (optionally) property lines. See About Creating Gross Building Areas and Property Lines.
