Installing Project Octopus

Learn how to install Project Octopus.

To install Project Octopus, follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure that Microsoft Excel is not running.
2. Open your Web browser, and then go to: http://labs.autodesk.com/.
   Note: You need to sign in on Autodesk Labs to download Project Octopus.
3. Click Tools for Architecture, Engineering & Construction.
4. Find Project Octopus , and then click Download Now.
5. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. When the installation is complete, click Finish to close the dialog.
7. Start Microsoft Excel.

   A new Results Connect tab has been added to the ribbon.
