- In the Update model from Robot Structural Analysis dialog, you can view the progress of the transfer (update of necessary data in Revit resulting from changes made in Robot).
- After the model update is completed, the messages/warnings which appeared in the update process may display on the screen.
- Remarks
- The following structure elements are not transferred from Robot to Revit:
- curved beams and walls
- openings in walls and slabs
- rigid links
- loads defined in Robot.
All changes of columns, beams and bracings in the analytical model in Robot are reflected in the corresponding analytical model in Revit. If the Analytical-to-physical model distance is exceeded, it is reported on the warning list.
The compatibility of the Revit and Robot models is checked, therefore, an accidental update of the Revit model from an incompatible Robot model is prevented.
