Manage Equipment

Use the Equipment library to manage valves, pumps, and losses in your circuit.

To access the Material library, click Libraries panel Equipment on the ribbon.

To add new equipment to the library

1. Click the tab corresponding to the type of equipment that you want to add.
2. Click Add to create a new entry.
3. Enter the new Equipment name and reference density.
4. Enter a minimum of four sets of value for the pressure and flow rate, and then click Save.

The new equipment is added to the library.

To edit equipment settings

1. Click the tab corresponding to the type of equipment that you want to modify.
2. Click Edit.
3. Change the equipment properties as necessary, and then click Save.

To delete equipment from the library

1. Click the tab corresponding to the type of equipment that you want to delete.
2. Select the equipment that you want to delete from the list, and then click Delete.

   A confirmation dialog displays.

3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the equipment.
