The Project Explorer lists projects, work orders, and drawings as well as attributes for each in the Information pane. You can edit the attribute (unless they are read-only) by selecting the project, work order, or drawing of interest.
Click Home tab 
Project Area panel Project Explorer. Open, rename, or delete drawings for the selected work order. You can search project information in the Project Explorer.
