Use the Checkout command to perform a quick checkout on a file in the Vault client.
Note: This feature is available in Vault 2015 R2.
A quick checkout always checks out the latest version of the file. If you want to check out a specific version or revision of a file, see the Get command.
Note: The Checkout command only checks out the file. It does not download the file to the working folder.
Check out the Latest Version of a File
- Right-click on the file that you want to check out and select Checkout.
The file is checked out to you.
