Using the endplate – beam rotated/column flange steel connection type, you can connect a beam to a column flange with either a bolted or a welded connection. The beam section is rotated by a 90-degree angle.
Allowable elements:

- Straight profiles: all sections
- Bent profiles: all sections
- Plate girder: column
- Beam
- Straight profiles: all sections
- Bent profiles: all sections
- Plate girder: 1-segment beam
Location of elements:
- Allowable axis distances: maximally 1 / 2 of the flange width of the wider of profiles
- Allowable angle in the plane of the beam web: 0
- Allowable angle in the plane of the beam flanges: (-90°, 90°) without the extreme values
