Use this option to fit an object to a defined broken line (polyline).
To begin fitting an object to a polyline:
- Menu: Steel > Machining > Fit to polyline
- Ribbon: ASD - Model > Machining > Fit to polyline
- Toolbar: Machining I > Fit to polyline
- Command line: RBCS_FITTOPOLY.
The plane of fitting (cutting off) consists of a few segments, as shown in the drawing below.
