Minor improvements for RC modules

Bar reinforcement module improvements

Load combinations are now identified by displayed number of components.

RC beams module improvements

• Beams can now be designed for maximum moments, not only for moments in a given number of internal points.
• The standard "copy and paste" operation of reinforcement bars in the reinforcement table has been implemented.

RC slabs module improvements

• It is now possible to keep defined/generated zones for use in the regenerated reinforcement distribution.
• Point 9.3.1.1 (1) of the Eurocode (minimal reinforcement requirement) can now be used for the one way slabs calculations.
• It is now possible to switch off calculations of the minimal reinforcement related to maximal bar spacing (for EC).

RC spread footings module improvements

• The import of the two column foundation now displays the imported node numbers of both nodes.
• Steel grades for vertical and horizontal reinforcement of pier can be defined independently.

• The steel grades for dowel bars can be defined independently.
