Exercise 2: Explore the Maintenance Workspace

If you are connected to the Internet, play the video to explore the Maintenance workspace. You can also click "Let Me Try" to try it yourself. The steps for this procedure are listed below the video.

To explore the Maintenance workspace

1. Click the Electric tab.
2. Click the down arrow next to feature type names to see the types of objects you can insert.
3. Expand folders in Display Manager to see the types of layers created for this industry model.

   The layers are placeholders. When you convert or create data for this drawing, the layers will contain features.

4. Expand the folders in the Industry Model Explorer (on the left side of the screen) to see how features are organized.
5. Click the Workflow Explorer icon at the top of the Industry Model Explorer.
6. Expand the folders to see the types of workflows available.
