將 DOE 結果輸出從最小變更為最大

在嘗試變更結果輸出目標之前，您需要執行 DOE 分析。變更輸出的最佳方式是製作標準副本，然後在複製的部分中進行變更。如果您計劃直接進行變更，請務必先為原始 doe.dat 檔案建立備份。

1. 使用文字編輯器開啟位於下列資料夾的 doe.dat 檔案：C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Synergy 20xx\data\dat。
2. 向下捲動文字，直到找到相關製程，例如 <process name="Thermoplastics Injection Molding" mesh="midplane" anal="Warp">。
3. 繼續在文字中向下捲動，直至找到要變更的品質標準，例如 <name xml:lang="en">Deflection, all effects</name>。
4. 找出最接近所要變更之內容的標準。例如，如果想要將 <name xml:lang="en">Deflection, all effects</name> 輸出從最小變更為最大，則標準如下：

   <criterion id="110537" goal="minimize" weight="1.0" type="standard_deviation" component="norm">
             <name xml:lang="zh-tw">Deflection, all effects Deflection</name>
             <result id="6250"/>
             <description xml:lang="zh-tw">The Deflection, all effects Deflection result is evaluated. The goal is to minimize the variation in the 
   											deflection. The lower the deflection variation the higher the part quality.</description>
           </criterion>

5. 複製上方所示的完整 <criterion> 內容，並將其貼到 doe.dat 檔案中正下方的位置。
6. 標準必須具有唯一的 ID。將標準 ID 變更為唯一的 6 位數 ID。完成後，搜尋檔案以確保沒有其他使用該編號的例證。
7. 將 <goal> 變更為 "maximize"。
8. 變更 <description> 以配合前面所做的變更。該部分現在看來應類似於以下內容：

             <name xml:lang="zh-tw">Deflection, all effects Deflection</name>
             <result id="6250"/>

           </criterion>

9. 儲存變更並關閉 doe.dat 檔案。
10. 在 「研究工作」窗格中的「最佳化」上按一下右鍵，然後選取「無」。
11. 選取「刪除」以消除現有的 DOE 結果，或是選取「建立複本」以保留現有結果，並以所作的變更建立新的研究。
12. 在 「研究工作」窗格中的「最佳化」上按兩下，然後選取「實驗設計 (DOE)」。
13. 設置「DOE 建立器」，然後關閉對話方塊並開始分析。
