To Share a Library File

In this task you have two options for how to share a file: ,

• With other users on the computer, in which case a copy of the file is placed in the public data directory.
• With other users on the network, in which case a copy of the file is placed in the shared data directory, but only if that directory is defined.

1. Open the required Library Explorer from the Autodesk Vehicle Tracking menu or toolbar.

   For example, select Parking Standard Explorer from the Vehicle Tracking Parking menu or click the Parking Standard Explorer button on the Vehicle Tracking toolbar, Parking panel. The Parking Standard Explorer is displayed.

2. Click the library that you want to share, right click Share File.

   The Share Data dialog is displayed.

3. Select who you want to share the library with and click OK.
