How to update a detail or a list without recording the change

- In the left panel select the detail (or the list) that need update.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Force update.
- The detail (or the list) is updated and moved to the Up to date branch.
Warning
If you did not add a revision mark after modifying the model, the change is not recorded in the revision table.
How to add a revision mark using the Document Manager

- In the left panel, select the detail for which you want to add a revision mark.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Revision. The Add revision mark dialog box appears.
- On the Revisions tab, click Add.
- In the Revision mark dialog box enter the revision details.
- Click OK.
- The new revision appears in the revision list, on the Revisions tab.
- Click OK.
- In the Document Manager, the last revision index is displayed on the Properties tab and also added to the drawing name. After updating the drawing, the revision table will be updated with the last revision details.
How to add a revision table for several detail drawings

- In the left panel, select the details for which you want to add a revision mark.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Revision. The Add revision mark dialog box appears.
- On the Revisions tab, specify an index for all details or take the next available one.
- Click Add.
- In the Document Manager, for each drawing, the last revision index is displayed on the Properties tab.
How to update a drawing with revision

- In the left panel, select the detail you want to update.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Update revision. The Add revision mark dialog box appears.
- On the Revisions tab, click Add.
- In the Revision mark dialog box enter the revision details.
- Click OK.
- The drawing is updated to suit the model. A revision number or letter is automatically assigned.
How to set the issue date and time

- In the left panel, select the details for which you want to issue date and time.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Issue.
- A checkmark appears in front of the issued drawings. The issue date and time is displayed in the properties.
How to un-issue a drawing

- In the left panel, click the checked box in front of the detail drawings to un-issue.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
How to plot several drawings (batch plot)

- In the left panel, select the details to plot.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Add to batch plot.
- The selected details are copied to a new branch named Batch plot.
- Select the Batch plot branch.
- On the Properties tab, click
to choose a plotter.
- From the Plot devices dialog box, select the desired plotter.
- Click OK.
- On the Properties tab, click
to plot all drawings.
How to convert drawings to .pdf

- In the left panel, select the details to convert to .pdf.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Add to batch plot.
- The selected details are copied to a new branch named Batch plot.
- Right click Batch plot and select Choose a plotter.
- From the Plot devices dialog box, select DWG to PDF.pc3.
- The drawings are converted to .pdf format and they are in the Work folder.
How to explode several details (batch explode)

- In the left panel, select the details to explode.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Add to explode.
- The selected details are copied to a new branch named Batch explode.
- Select the Batch explode branch.
- On the Properties tab, click
to configure the explode options.
- In the Detail Explode window, select the Enable Detail Explode option.
- Click OK to confirm and close the window.
- On the Properties tab, click
to explode the drawings.
How to change the drawing prototype

- In the left panel, select the detail for which you want to change the prototype.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Change the prototype.
- From the New drawing dialog box, select the new prototype. You can preview the selected prototype in the Preview area.
- Click Settings to select the current prototype settings that should be overwritten by the new prototype settings.
- Click OK.
- In the New drawing dialog box, click OK.
How to open detail drawings from the Drawing Manager

- In the left panel, select the details you want to open.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Open drawing.
- The Document Manager closes and the selected detail drawings open.
How to delete a drawing

- In the left panel, select the details you want to delete.
- In the right side of the Document Manager window, click Delete.
- The selected details move to the Deleted branch.
- Select the Deleted branch. The Properties tab lists the deleted drawings.
- On the Properties tab, select the detail drawings to delete.

- The detail drawings are deleted.
How to automatically check the status of all detail drawings

How to use the automatic and manual status check

- In the left panel, from the Unknown branch, select the details for which to check the state.
- Click the Status check button.
- According to the status, the detail drawing moves is the corresponding category: Update required or Up to date.
How to preview a detail drawing

- In the left panel, select the detail to preview.
- Click the Preview tab.
- The entire drawing is displayed in the preview area, including the titleblock and the outside border. No editing can be made.
