Joint Library

Save Joint Settings to Library for later use

To avoid setting many parameters every time you create the same connection, it is possible to save preferred configurations in the Library .

Every time a joint is created, Advance Steel searches if the same combination of elements section class and size is already in the Library . If it finds a match it will apply the settings stored against that entry in the Library. This way you do not have to go through setting many parameters every time you place the joint.

Note:

Tip:

To turn off the message dialog box, change the corresponding default in the Management tools : Defaults > General > Message box when template values not found .
