Providing feedback directly to Autodesk about your experience helps to improve the product and to provide a better experience for yourself and other users.
Feedback can be provided using the following methods:
- Customer Error Reporting – Generates and sends an error report directly to Autodesk when the product closes unexpectedly.
- Customer Involvement Program – Monitors the product to help improve the way Autodesk designs software, and measures performance and quality.
- Send Feedback button on the New Tab – Use the form to tell us what you think about our products, their features, and any improvements you would like to see.
- Performance Monitor – Generates and sends a performance report directly to Autodesk that can be used to identify performance issues with the current configuration and installation of your AutoCAD-based product.
Participation in the Customer Involvement Program (CIP) and Customer Error Reporting (CER) can be changed from within the product or with the CAD Manager Control Utility.
